The Board of Directors and its committee in their respective meetings held on 15th march, 2019 has consented for the Re-designation of Ms. Tanu Agarwal, (a Woman Director) bearing DIN: 07134266, from her current position of Non-Executive Director of the Company to the new position of Non-Executive and Independent Director, subject to the necessary approval of shareholders to be obtained w.r.t. the aforesaid designation as well as the tenure of her appointment.
